When is your Auction held?
Answer: Twice a month, on Friday at 10 am
Is the auction open to the public?
Answer: Our dealer auction allows us to welcome the public
Do I need to register to bid in-person?
Answer: No. You only need cash for your deposit and a valid ID.
What is the required deposit for EVERY purchase?
Answer: There is a $500 deposit to register for each auction. At the end of the auction, we will apply this deposit to your winning invoice.
Do I need to register to bid online?
Answer: Yes. Head over to “Bid Online” located at the top right corner of our webpage and follow the instructions.
How long does the auction last?
Answer: Our auction last an average of 1 to 2 hours long”
Can I take my car same day?
Answer: Yes. You can take your car as soon as the auction is over as long as you have paid for your car in full.
What time period do I have to pay for my balance?
Answer: Invoice must be paid by 3PM, the Monday following auction, anything paid after the 3pm cut off, will be assessed a $50 late fee per vehicle. Deposit will be forfeited if vehicle is not paid in full by the next auction.
When can I inspect the vehicles?
Answer: Inventory list is finalized the Wednesday before auction day. Preview day is the Thursday before auction from 10AM to 3PM.
What happens if I pay for my balance BUT do not pick up my vehicle from yard after the due date?
Answer: You have five (5) days to pick up your car. If the car is not pick up, you will be access $10 a day for storage, starting on the 6th day.
What form of payment is accepted for my DEPOSIT?
Answer: CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY
What form of payment is accepted for my BALANCE?
Answer: CASH, CASHIER CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR WIRE TRANSFER
Do you have in-house financing for purchases?
Answer: No, we do not offer in house financing.
Where are your cars from?
Our cars our consignments’ vehicles are brought in by outside sellers.
Can I consign my vehicle at Brownfield Auto Auction?
Answer: Yes! head over to “Sell My Car” to see our consignment Terms and Conditions and Instructions.
How do I register my vehicle?
Answer: We will provide the winning bidder with all the necessary paperwork for you to transfer the vehicle at the DMV. All registration and State fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Again, buyer is responsible for ALL DMV and Emission Fees.
Are there warranties on my purchase?
Answer: No. All cars are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. There are NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied.
What are the advantages of buying from a car auction?
Answer: PRICES. Buying cars from auctions can be a gamble but, that’s why the prices are much lower than buying from a dealership. This is because there are risks involved.
If I purchased a vehicle that has a bad transmission/motor, can I get a refund?
Answer: No! All vehicles are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.” Unfortunately, some vehicles will require minor to major work and purchasing these vehicles can be a gamble. If you are not willing to take these chances, please do not bid on any vehicle(s).
